Day 260: Sunday

8:30am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2 eggs with some brussels sprouts cooked in 1 tsp of coconut oil.



1:30pm: At 12pm I had a MRP protein shake.

3:30pm: Right now I'm eating some stir fry I made with 4.4oz of chicken drumstick meat, red pepper, broccoli, zucchini, and 2 tbsp of curry paste.


9:40pm: I ate dinner at 7:15pm. Tonight I made pan seared curried salmon with roasted brussels sprouts. My salmon portion was 4.9oz.
