10:30am: Good morning! Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake for breakfast.
3:20pm: At 2:55pm I had my post workout whey shake.
Weights:
Squats:
185x6x2 no increase
Leg press:
340x6x2 +20lbs from 4/11
Glut-ham sit-up:
3lb dumbbell
x8 x6 no increase
Seated calf raise: (New)
90x10
So today's weigh in came out neutral, I think it had something to do with my Brazillian BBQ meal I had on Saturday haha! Still at 192lbs!
3:30pm: Right now I'm eating 2/3 of a cup of egg whites with 40g of white rice.
9:55pm: At around 6:45pm I ate dinner. I went out with my mom for dinner and I got steak frites with sweet potato and onion rings that came with it.
At 9pm I had a MRP protein shake.
