8:25am: Right now I'm eating a 3 egg omelette with some sauteed spinach and steamed broccoli.
1:15pm: At 11:45am I had a MRP protein shake.
5:05pm: At 4pm I had my post workout whey shake. At 4:30pm I had 1/2 of a cup of egg whites with 30g of white rice.
