Day 255: Tuesday

9:15am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating a 3 egg omelette with some brussels sprouts.

  
12:30pm: At 12:15 I had a MRP protein shake.

4:15pm: At 4:05 I had 1/2 of a cup of egg whites with 3 eggs and some sauteed spinach with 1 tsp of coconut aminos.


7:10pm: Right now I'm eating some cauliflower rice with 1 tsp of coconut aminos with 4.9oz of stir fried chicken, red pepper, spinach, and broccoli.
