Day 254: Monday

8:35am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 3 eggs with some steamed zucchini.


12:45pm: Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.

4:30pm: At 4pm I had my post workout whey shake.
Right now I'm eating a can of tuna with what I think is 35g of white rice.. my scale randomly stopped working so I have to eyeball everything right now.


Weights:

Lat pull down:
Straight bar
156x6x2 +1lb from 4/8
V bar
150x6x2 no increase

Deadlift:
270x6x2 +5lbs from 4/8

Barbell curl:
120x6x2 +2.5lbs from 4/8

7:05pm: Right now I'm eating some stir fry that I made with 2 eggs, 2/3 of a cup of egg whites, some red pepper, steamed broccoli, cauliflower rice, curry powder, and 1 tsp of coconut aminos.

 
10:05pm: At 9:45pm I had a MRP protein shake.
