Day 253: Sunday

9:15am: Good morning! I just had a whey protein shake before I go out for my run.

1:20pm: I went and grabbed food with my dad today, we ate at 11:50am. I had a 3 egg and pepper omelette and a small Greek salad, I didn't eat the feta.


3:35pm: Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake. 

7:15pm: For dinner tonight I made baked salmon with stir fried zucchini, red pepper, and cauliflower rice, with 1 tsp of coconut aminos. My salmon portion was 5.4oz.
