8am: Good morning! Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake for breakfast.
12:10pm: Right now I'm eating 2/3 of a cup of egg whites, 2 slices of bacon, and some steamed green beans.
6:05pm: At 3:10 I had a MRP protein shake.
8:25am Sunday: Sorry I didn't update last night! I went to a Brazilian BBQ restaurant. I didn't take any pictures of my food but I ate a lot, like I felt sick until I fell asleep and I still don't feel that great! I had a bit of rice, some beans, plantains, yuca, chicken with bacon, lamb, beef, and some grilled pineapple.
