12:30pm: Sorry I didn't post earlier! I completely forgot to post this morning. At 8:30 I had 3 eggs with some steamed broccoli.
At 11:45 I had a MRP protein shake.
4:25pm: At 3:45 I had my post workout shake and then at 4:15 I had a rice egg white omelette with 2/3 of a cup of egg whites and 40g of white rice. I know white rice and egg whites sounds like a weird combination, but oddly enough it's really good.
