9:30am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 3 eggs, some steamed brussels sprouts, and some salad greens.
12:40pm: At 12:30 I had a MRP protein shake.
3:40pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of leftover chicken drumstick meat with some summer squash and cauliflower rice with 1 tsp of coconut aminos.
7:05pm: Right now I'm eating some stir fry I made with cauliflower rice, 2.9oz of chicken drumstick meat, 1 egg, 1/3 of a cup of egg whites, some steamed broccoli, and 1 tsp of coconut aminos.
9:30pm: Right now I'm having a MRP protein pudding.
