Day 245: Saturday

8:25am: Good morning! Right now I'm having a whey protein shake with 1/4 of a scoop of DGC and 1 tsp creatine before I run the beach.

9:55am: What a run! Today I ran my first 5k since September, it felt great! 


Right now I'm eating my post workout meal which consists of 1 cup of egg whites and one sweet potato.


12:10pm: Food! Right now I'm eating 3 eggs with some stir fried zucchini and brussels sprouts.



11:10pm: At around 4pm I had a MRP protein shake and then at 7:30pm I ate dinner. Tonight I went to this place near Courtney's school called Mojo's. I got a half rack of BBQ ribs with collard greens, coleslaw, and a piece of cornbread.



At around 8:45pm I had a gluten-free chocolate chip cookie that Courtney had in her room.
