12:15pm: Hello! At 8:20 this morning I had a MRP protein shake.
Right now I'm eating 4.5oz of leftover chicken drumstick meat with some steamed brussels sprouts and steamed broccoli.
4:20pm: Right now I'm eating some stir fry I made with some cauliflower 'rice', zucchini, broccoli, 3oz of chicken, 1 egg, and 1 tsp of coconut aminos.
10:50pm: Tonight I went and got dinner at Scratch Kitchen in Salem with CJ. I decided to get a reuben sandwich with brisket and bacon on top of the regular goodies that come in a reuben. It was so good. We ended up eating at 9:20.
