Day 243: Thursday Weigh In

10:15am: Good morning! Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake for breakfast.

3:30pm: At 3pm I had my post workout shake with 1 scoop whey, 1/2 of a scoop of dextrose, and 1tsp of micronized creatine. That shake should be my post workout shake from here on out.

I just finished my post workout meal which was 1 sweet potato and 1 cup of egg whites.


Weights:

Squats:
185x6x2 +5lbs from 3/28

Leg press:
290x6
310x6 +20lbs from 3/28

Glut-ham sit-up:
3lb dumbbell
x10 x8 +6 overall from 3/28

So today I weighed in at 193lbs, that means I'm up 1.5lbs from last week. I did pretty bad this past weekend in terms of food. I'm not as bummed out as I thought I would be because I had a feeling I would be up. I honestly thought I would have gained more.


I was also going to post my 240 day progress photos but it was really hectic at the gym today. I'll get them up next Thursday! 

In other news, this came in today and I'm really psyched to break into it:


8pm: Right now I'm having a late dinner because I had to bring my doctor to the vet not too long ago. Tonight I made baked chicken drumsticks with sauteed brussels sprouts. My chicken portion was 4.9oz.



9:40pm: I just had a MRP protein pudding.
