Day 241: Tuesday

8:05am: Good morning! Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake for breakfast.


11:55am:  Right now I'm eating 2.6oz of leftover salmon with some steamed green beans and raw spinach.


3pm: I am currently enjoying a MRP protein shake... or what's left of one.


7pm: Right now I'm eating dinner! Tonight I made cauliflower rice with spinach and baked chicken drumsticks. My chicken portion was 5.2oz.




9:25pm: Right now I'm having a MRP protein pudding.
