Day 206: Tuesday

9:35am: Good morning! For breakfast today I decided to eat 2.2oz of leftover haddock from the other day, 1 egg with 1/3 of a cup of egg beaters, and steamed green beans.


12:20pm: I just had a protein meal replacement shake. I had to sneak out of class to have it haha.

3:35pm: I just finished eating 2 eggs with some steamed green beans.

  
7:05pm: I ate dinner at 6:45 tonight. I made sauteed kale, 3.8oz of chicken drumstick meat, and 1/4 of an avocado.



9pm: Right now I'm having a protein pudding!
