Day 204: Sunday

10:10am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2/3 of a cup of egg beaters, 2 slices of bacon, and some steamed broccoli for breakfast.


2:50pm: Right now I'm eating 1/3 of a cup of egg beaters, 1 egg, 1/4 of an avocado, and some steamed broccoli.

  
5:20pm: At 4:50 I had a scoop of protein powder with some water and cinnamon.



7:05pm: Right now I'm eating dinner, I made baked haddock and sauteed green beans with garlic and 2 tsp of coconut aminos. My haddock portion was 4.4oz.




9:30pm: Just had one scoop of protein powder with some water.
