Day 201: Thursday Weigh In

10am: Good morning! Right now I'm having a protein meal replacement shake for breakfast.

1:20pm: I just had a half serving protein meal replacement shake. 

6:25pm: Sorry for such a late update, after I got home from training I had to bring my cat to the vet.

Weights:

Squats:
200x6
202.5x4 +7.5lbs 2/14

Lunges:
61.25x4x2 no increase

Glut ham sit up:
2 5lb weights
x10 x8 no increase

Today I weighed in at 197lbs, I thought I would be at 195 but whatever!



At 4:15pm I had some dominican bread pudding that my mom's friend made for her followed by 2 scoops whey. Don't judge me ;)



8:15pm: I ate dinner at 7:40 tonight. My mom made sauteed chicken with okra, tomatoes, and onions. My chicken portion was 5.6oz.
