Day 199: Tuesday

3:45pm: Today has been such a mess! I ate 2 eggs, steamed green beans, and 1/4 of an avocado for breakfast at 10:05am. Shortly after eating I got this crazy migraine and went to sleep until 12:30.



Then at 1:30pm I had 4.3oz of chicken drumsticks, some steamed green beans, and a sauteed green pepper.



8:45pm: At 4:15pm I had a meal replacement protein shake with a serving of Barleans Greens.

I ate dinner at 7:45pm tonight. I made baked eggplant with some tomato sauce that I made, 5oz of chicken drumstick meat, and 1/2 of an avocado that wasn't in the picture I took of my food.
