9am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2 eggs, 1/2 of an avocado, and some steamed broccoli for breakfast.
2:05pm: At 12:30 I had 4.5oz of leftover haddock from last night with some steamed broccoli.
5pm: At 4:10 I had a meal replacement protein shake.
