Day 195: Friday

8:05am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 1/3 of a cup of egg whites with 1 egg, 3 slices of bacon, and some steamed green beans.


3:50pm: At 12:10pm I had lunch. I had 4.4oz of leftover chicken breast, with some sauteed kale from last night, and some steamed green beans.





Right now I'm eating 2/3 of a cup of egg whites with some steamed green beans.



8:59am Saturday: Sorry I didn't post last night! Courtney and I went out to dinner to The Great Escape. I got a seafood soup with clams, shrimp, haddock,  and scallops. We also shared a coconut sorbet for dessert.
