10:20am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 1/3 of a cup of egg whites with 2 eggs, steamed broccoli, and 1/4 of an avocado.
2:10pm: Right now I'm eating 2.7oz of haddock from last night, leftover sauteed asparagus, and a little bit of steamed broccoli.
4:20pm: Right now I'm eating 1/2 cup of cottage cheese.
8:15pm: Right now I'm eating dinner! Tonight I made baked chicken drumsticks and steamed brussels sprouts. My chicken portion was 3.7oz.
