9am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 1/3 of a cup of egg whites with 1 egg, some leftover steamed green beans, steamed broccoli, and 1/4 of an avocado.
1:35pm: At 12:30pm I had 1/3 of a cup of egg whites with 1 egg and some steamed broccoli.
4:25pm: Right now I'm eating 3/4 of a cup of cottage cheese.
