Day 190: Sunday

8:40am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 1/3 of a cup of egg whites with 1 egg, some steamed brussels sprouts, and sauteed kale.


3:40pm: At 12:10pm I had 3.6oz of leftover beef with some sauteed kale. 


I just had 2oz of chicken breast with some chili powder, 1/3 cups egg whites, and some sauteed kale.



7:25pm: For dinner tonight I made scallops with bacon and onions and steamed green beans. My scallops portion was 3.5oz.
