10:10am: Good morning! Right now I'm having a protein shake for breakfast!
2:05pm: I just had a half serving protein shake.
4:30pm: Hi! At 4pm I had 2 dates with serving of whey protein. I should probably note that when I say that I'm having a protein shake, I'm having a meal replacement shake. Sorry about that! I'll only be using whey protein post workout.
My hands are still numb from being outside, I'm making typos like crazy.

61.25x4x2 no increase
Glut-ham sit-up:
2 3lb weights
x11x10 +3 overall from 1/31
So I weighed in today, obviously! I'm not going to lie, I was a little nervous that the pita bread I had last Friday could have thrown me off because I'm so not used to consuming bread or because I got sick on Saturday. I weighed in today at 198.5lbs, you know how I am though, we'll call it 199!
I'm so psyched to be under 200lbs! It's sad but the last time I remember my weight being under 200lbs was in 4th grade and I was 144lbs. I don't know why I remember that though. After gaining a pound last week, all I want to do is stay focused and get to 180-185lbs more than anything. So a quick hooray and back to work for me!
7:15pm: I haven't left for work yet and I just ate dinner. My chicken portion was 4.2oz, I also served it with steamed brussels sprouts and 1/3 of an avocado.

Anyways, I'll be bringing baked chicken breast and steamed brussels sprouts to work for dinner. I'm going to work tonight instead of tomorrow morning in anticipation for this storm, which probably won't be as intense as everyone is making it out to be, given New England's weather reputation and all. I'll post portion weights and pictures when I get back.
