8:45am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 1/3 cup egg whites with 1 egg, some steamed green beans, and some mixed salad greens.
1pm: Right now I'm eating lunch. I made 3.9oz of leftover chicken wing meat with some steamed brussels sprouts.
5:05pm: At 2:30pm I had a half serving protein shake. Today's workout was kind of weak, I was feeling pretty tired going into it.
