Day 185: Tuesday

9:40am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 1/3 cup egg whites with 1 egg, some steamed broccoli, and salad greens for breakfast.


12:50pm: Right now I'm eating 3.7oz of leftover chicken wing meat, some steamed broccoli, and sauteed kale for lunch.


 3:45pm: Right now I'm eating 4 celery stalks with 2 tbsp of almond butter.



8pm: At 7:15pm I ate dinner. I made stir fried broccoli, cabbage, and 1/3 cup egg whites with 1 egg.
