Day 183: Sunday

11am: Good morning! At around 10:15 I had 1/4 of an avocado. I'm trying to not eat too much because my stomach is feeling pretty weird.

1:45pm: Right now I'm eating some leftover soup from last night with some sauteed kale. My chicken portion in the soup was 3.9oz.


3:45pm: I just had some apple slices with 2 tbsp of almond butter.

7:30pm: At 7:15 I ate dinner. Tonight I made baked haddock and sauteed kale. I served everything with 1/4 of an avocado. My haddock portion was 3.9oz.
