10:20am: Good morning! For breakfast today I made bacon and brussels sprouts with 1/3 cup egg whites and 1 egg. I also just realized that I've been spelling brussels wrong this whole time whenever I posted the name! Oh no!
5:45pm: So at around noon I started to feel really cold and I was uncontrollably shivering, even under my blankets with no fever. So I took a hot shower but still felt sick, initially I thought I had low blood sugar so I ate 4 dates and went to sleep. Now I have a fever of 101.7, but the doctor told me to just monitor it. So here I am..
7:30pm: I just finished eating dinner! Since I'm sick I decided to make avgolemono. Avgolemono is a Greek soup that is made with chicken, chicken broth, lemon, rice, and eggs. I made it paleo by cutting out the rice, I also added onion and celery. It was so good! Definitely great for my first time making it. The chicken portion that was in my bowl was 4.6oz. I also stir fried some cabbage and served it with my soup.
