Day 129: Monday

8am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 1/3 cup egg whites, 1 egg, steamed brussells sprouts, and some spinach spring mix for breakfast.



11:45am: At 11:05am I had a protein shake before leaving work.

4:30pm: Right now I'm eating a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with 2 tbsp of chia seeds.

7:50pm: For dinner tonight I made roasted turkey legs and sauteed kale. I didn't weigh my turkey portion, it was a leg. I'm guessing it was around the same weight as last week which was 5oz. It was soooooo good!
