Day 88: Tuesday

Hey! Sorry for the late update, it's 2:40pm right now.

For breakfast at 8:30am I had a protein shake for breakfast, and at 11:30am I had an ounce of almonds.

At 2:20pm I had some grilled chicken, a small piece of avocado, and some leftover collard greens from last night. My chicken portion was 4.3oz.


8pm: Right now I'm eating dinner! I grilled some chicken and made roasted broccoli with tomatoes and garlic. I also added 1 tbsp of olive oil too.
