Hey! At 8am I had a breakfast shake, and at around noon I had an ounce of almonds while I was at work.
4:15pm: Just got back from training! Take that, Hurricane Sandy! Right now I'm eating a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with 1 tbsp of chia seeds.

10pm: I had dinner at 7:30 tonight. I made pulled chicken and served it with collard greens. My chicken portion was 5.5oz but a good amount of it was skin and I didn't eat that.
