Day 86: Sunday

9:25am: Good morning! Right now I'm having a protein shake before I go to work. Mmmmmm, I don't want to work. :(

3pm: At around 12:30 I had an ounce of almonds while I was at work. I'm going to get some cardio in at the gym in a few. 

4:40pm: I got home from the gym not too long ago. Right now I'm eating a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with 1 tbsp of chia seeds in it. 

7:40pm: I just finished eating dinner. Tonight I made baked cod and okra. My cod portion was 4.3oz.
