Day 83: Thursday Weigh In

Good morning, it's 9:20am and I'm having a protein shake for breakfast.

12:10pm: Just got back from training! Man, that was an intense workout.

Weights:

Squats:

140x6x3 +2.5lbs from 10/18

Lunges:
70x6x2 no increase

Glute-ham bench:
12x2 thin red resistance band

So I thought I was going to be screwed with my weight loss for the week but I WAS WROOOOOONG!

240lbs? Hell yeah! Next stop, 230 range! 

1pm: I almost forgot about lunch! I almost considered going to Fuddrucker's to get a burger without a bun but I decided to have some raw spinach, leftover okra, and and a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese. I had already eaten 1/2 of the spinach by the time I took the picture of my plate.


8:30pm: I had a coffee from Dunks with 1 Splenda at around 3pm. I ate dinner around 8pm. I had steak and steamed collard greens. My steak portion was 3.5oz.
