Good morning! It's 9:05 right now and I'm having a shake for breakfast before I go to work.
1pm: Around noon I had an ounce of almonds. My appetite really isn't there today, still working on getting over this cold.
1:55pm: Right now I'm having a cup of the leftover tomato and red pepper soup from the other day.
4:30pm: I got home from training not too long ago. Right now I'm eating a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with 1 tbsp chia seeds.
