Good morning. I'm so tiredddddd, blah. Right now it's 8:25am and I'm having a shake for breakfast before work.
11:30am: Right now I'm eating my lunch. I warmed up 3.7oz of chicken from last night with some okra from Monday night and threw in some avocado salsa from last night too.

6:40pm: After training at around 3:45pm, I had half a cup of cottage cheese with a tbsp of chia seeds.

8pm: At 7:40pm I ate dinner. I had baked cod, roasted cauliflower, and steamed broccoli. My cod portion was 4.9oz.
