Hey! At 8am this morning I had a Lean Body shake for breakfast. I got home from work not too long ago and I'm eating my lunch right now.
I'm eating 4.7oz of chicken breast with a 1/2 slice of avocado. Unfortunately I didn't get a picture of the weight.
4:20pm: I just got back from training and I'm eating a half cup of cottage cheese.

Standing dumbbell press:
55x6x3 + no gain

Thick grey band and small black band

8:40pm: At 7:30 I ate dinner tonight. I had sauteed shrimp with okra and steamed asparagus. My shrimp portion was 4.5oz.
