Sorry for such a late update!
At 9 this morning I had a lean body shake for breakfast.
Around 12 I had an ounce of almonds.
I made some strawberry protein 'brownies', they weren't half bad!
6:45pm: At 6:30 I ate dinner. I had steak and mushrooms with steamed collard greens. My steak portion was 3.7oz.
Now I'm off to go see Looper with my friend CJ. Hopefully it's a good movie!
10pm: I snuck one of my brownies into the movie theater, I ate it at around 8:30. THAT MOVIE WAS SO GOOD.
