Good morning! I got to sleep in today which was great. At 11:20 I ate lunch. I had some leftover shrimp and collard greens with a 1/4 slice of avocado that I couldn't even finish. Florida avocados are starting to get gross now because of the weather. My shrimp portion was 1.7oz, I didn't feel like making something else to add to the amount of protein in that meal.
6:30pm: I had training at 4 today, at around 4:50pm I had half of a protein shake.

7:30pm: Right now I'm eating dinner. Tonight I made curried chicken with sauteed spinach with steamed bok choy. My chicken portion was 4.9oz. This was my first time making chicken like that, I liked it!
