Day 67: Tuesday

Good morning! For breakfast I cooked 1/3 cup egg whites and served it with some of the avocado salsa I made and raw spinach. I started eating at 9:55am.


12:15pm: I had some leftover chicken tacos from last night for lunch today.
I ate at 12:05. My chicken portion was 4oz.


4:15pm: Right now I'm eating a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with a tsp of chia seeds.

7:15pm: At around 5:30 I went for a 2 mile run. So for dinner tonight I made roasted broccoli and shrimp and steamed collard greens. I'm eating right now and I started eating at about 7:10pm. My shrimp portion was 4oz.
