Day 66: Monday

Hey! Sorry, for the late update. I woke up at around 8am, had a shake for breakfast, then head out the door for work. At around 12:15 I had one of my brownies for lunch. 

6pm: As soon as I got home from training I totally forgot to update and went right to playing video games. Sorry! :P

Weights:
Bench:
127.5x6
127.5x4x2 +2.5lbs from 10/1

Incline bench:
87.5x6
90x6x2 +5lbs from 10/1


Standing dumbbell press:
55x6x3 +5lbs from 10/1

Dips:
thick grey band and small black band
x10, x10, and x5 +1 overall from 10/1

When I got home from training I had a 1/4 cup of raw cashews. I just finished preparing the food for dinner. I'm making chicken tacos and avocado salsa. :)

8pm: At 7:15 I had dinner. My chicken portion weighed 4.7oz.
