Good morning! Right now I'm having one of my protein brownies, I'm way too lazy to make breakfast right now haha.
3:30pm: I got home from work not too long ago. At around 12 I had an ounce of almonds. I just finished eating something. I cooked up 1/3 cup of egg whites with some raw spinach and 1/4 of an avocado.
7:45pm: At around 5pm I had an ounce of raw cashews. For dinner tonight I made almond crusted cod with steamed broccoli and sauteed mushrooms. My cod portion was 4oz.
