Day 62: Thursday Weigh In

Good morning! I haven't eaten yet because I just woke up but I will soon!

10:45am: Right now I'm having a protein shake for breakfast. 

5pm: At around 1pm I had half of an avocado. I got home from training not too long ago, right now I'm eating 1/2 a cup of cottage cheese.

Weights:
Squats:
115x6
125x6
135x6 +35lbs from 9/27

Lunges:
55x6x2
60x6 +10lbs from 9/23

Glute-ham bench: (first time doing this one, loved it)
10x3

WEIGH IN TIME! So today I weighed in at 249.75 or around there but like I've said, I like my weight to be a whole number so let's call it 250lbs even though it's under the 250 threshold.

I'm bringing my mom out to dinner tonight for her birthday. I hope their menu is Pete-friendly!

10:25pm: So we went to The Great Escape for dinner tonight. I got grilled chicken with asparagus and summer squash/zucchini/carrots but I didn't eat the carrots. It also came with tomato/mozzarella on top and a balsamic reduction which was really rich, I feel like that was almost too much for me. The chicken was premarinaded but I asked them not to add any extra salt.
