Day 61: Wednesday

Good morning! Right now I'm having a shake before I head out to work.

2:10pm: I just had leftover steak with onions and half of an avocado for lunch. I forgot to take a picture :( 

8:10pm: What a long daaaaaaaaaaay. 

Weights: 
One arm rows:
60x10x3 +5lbs from 9/26

Pull-ups:
2 thick black bands
x10, x9, x7 +1 rep from 9/26

Deadlift:
142.5x6
150x6
152.5x6 +12.5lbs from 9/26

Barbell curl:
90x10
90x6x2 +2.5lbs from 9/26


I just finished eating dinner. I grilled some chicken breast and served it with steamed collard greens and avocado. My chicken portion was 3.6oz.
