Day 59: Monday 60 Day Mark

Hello! This morning I got up pretty early and went to work. I had a shake for breakfast. At around 11:45am I had lunch.
I made a salad for lunch with 3.4oz of chicken and some salsa from last night.

I have training today at 3pm with Shawn. After my workout I'm going to take my 60 day pictures and I'll be posting those here later. I'm also making something different for dinner. So come check those out later.

5:40pm: I got back from training at around 4pm, I had a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese when I got home.

Weights:
Bench:

135x4
135x3
125x6 (I wanted to go back and try to work my way back up.) -10lbs from 9/24

Incline bench:
85x6x3 (I felt going down on almost all of my lifts) -10lbs from 9/24

Standing dumbbell press:
42.5x6x2
50x6 +10lbs from 9/24

Dips:
thick grey band and small black band
x10, x8, x6 +1 overall from 9/24

....and now it's picture time. At first I really wanted to post the pictures with my shirt on. Shawn wanted me to wear the same outfit I wore on my first day, so I did. Problem was.. my shirt was really baggy so it didn't do any justice.
I'm hesitant to post this because I'm still self conscious about how I look but whatever!

Pretty noticeable difference, huh? So between 7/30/2012 and 9/27/2012 I've lost 40lbs. I'm really proud of myself and my progress. I'm not stopping though, I've got some more weight to lose.

7:45pm: Just finished eating dinner. Last week, my friend Alex asked if one of the dishes I made would work if I used tuna instead of chicken, I didn't really know how to answer the question because until tonight I haven't ever cooked tuna. So after that I decided I wanted to try cooking some tuna, thanks Alex! Tonight I made baked tuna, it was really good for a first time dish. My tuna portion was 5.5oz BUT there were some pieces of tomato on top of it and onions on the bottom when I weighed it, I don't know how much that would've added. I served my tuna with steamed broccoli and a 1/4 slice of avocado. I only ate half of the avocado.
