Day 53: Tuesday

Good morning! I just cooked 1/3 cup of egg whites and served it with some raw spinach.
2:45pm: I just got home from work. At around 12:15pm I had half of a shake for lunch. 

7:15pm: At 3:10pm I had half a cup of cottage cheese and at around 4:30pm I had an ounce of cashews/almonds.
I'm going to make myself dinner soon. 

7:50pm: For dinner tonight I made grilled chicken and steamed broccoli then served it with a small slice of avocado. My chicken portion was 3.5oz.
