Day 52: Monday

Good morning. Right now I'm having a shake for breakfast before I head out for work.

12:30pm: At around 11:45 I had some leftover 'tacos' from last night for lunch with half of a hass avocado.
My beef portion was 4.8oz.



4:20pm: Just getting home from training, I'm eating a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with 1 tbsp of chia seeds mixed in for some fiber/protein.






Looks gross, huh?



Weights:
Bench: 
135x5x2
135x4 +5lbs from 9/17

Incline bench:
100x6x2 no increase

Standing dumbbell press:
20x10x3  no increase

Dips:
thick grey band and small black band
x10, x7, x6 no increase





7:35pm: Just finished eating dinner. I made stir fry with onion, green pepper, broccoli, some garlic, 2tsp of coconut aminos, and chicken. My chicken portion was 4.8oz. I couldn't finish all of it.
