Day 48: Thursday Weigh In

Good afternoon! Sorry for such a late post today. I woke up late and had to run a few errands. I skipped breakfast again, oh well. Anyways, right now I'm having a lean body shake for lunch. 


I'm pretty pumped for dinner tonight, I'm doing stir fry for the first time and I'm gonna work in some mushrooms again. I need to get used to their texture.

I'm nervous for my weigh in today. I'm just so used to losing 3-4lbs a week that I feel like if I lost less it's almost like it's not an advancement. I know it is, but I just wanna get to my goal weight as soon as possible. Wish me luck!

5:30pm: Just got home from training! There was some serious traffic on the way back. 
Alright so I'm gonna post my weight progression for today then I'll post my weight. Next to my reps I'm going to start posting my progression/regression on my last working set from the previous week.

Weights:
Squats:
135x10x3 +15lbs from 9/13

Lunges:
40x6x3 +5lbs from 9/13

Crunches:
5x20x2 no increase

Weigh in time! So I'm starting to slow down a little, but that's to be expected. This week I lost 2.5lbs. In the picture it shows me at 259 but when I had my phone in my hands it wouldn't stay still so let's just call it 259! Finally in the 250 range. I've never lost this much weight before, last time I tried to lose weight (2009) I got into the mid/high 260 area. This is great!

7:55pm: Just finished eating dinner. I made stir fry with beef, mushrooms, onion, and bok choy. I marinated the beef with 3 tsps of coconut aminos, 1 tsp of sesame seed oil, 1 tbsp of minced garlic, 1 tbsp of chopped ginger, and 1/2 tsp of crushed red pepper.

It came out pretty good. My beef portion was 4.3oz.
