Day 47: Wednesday

Good morning! I'm having a shake for breakfast before I head out to work in like 10 minutes.

11:50am: Right now I'm having a spinach salad with avocado and some shrimp from last night. The shrimp weighed in at 4.2oz.


4:20pm: I got home from training around 20 minutes ago and had a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese. 

Weights:

Pullups: 2 thick black bands x10x2
x5 (had to actually put my chin on the bar)

Dumbbell row:
62.5x8 (I was feeling a pull at the top of my right arm, so I had to stop and lower the weight)
40x10
50x10

Deadlift:
135x10x3

Barbell curl:
85x10x3

8:15pm: For dinner tonight I kept it simple and grilled some chicken and served it with steamed broccoli and a 1/4 slice of avocado. My chicken portion was 3.7oz.
