Good morning! Right now I'm eating two eggs with some raw spinach for breakfast.
3:35pm: At around 1pm I had a half portion lean body shake. I'm just getting home from work now.
8:10pm: Around 7:30 I ate dinner. I made roasted cauliflower, sauteed shrimp with tomato, and served it with avocado.
I roasted the cauliflower with some pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil at 500 degrees for 15 minutes. It was pretty good.
My shrimp portion was 4.3oz.
