11:55am: Hi! Right now I'm trying to eat really fast before I head out for class. I'm having leftover collard greens from last night with 4.5oz of grilled chicken.
I eat a lot of chicken, I think I'm going to make fish tonight!
4:15pm: Just got back from training, I cut up half of an avocado for a little snack before dinner.

7:15pm: For dinner tonight I made almond crusted cod with steamed green beans and sauteed mushrooms. Now, I'm not the biggest fan of mushrooms. I've eaten them before but the texture just throws me off. I'm trying to give them a second chance, they're not too bad. I sauteed them with a little balsamic vinaigrette and garlic. My fish was 5oz.
