Good morning! Right now I'm having a shake for breakfast and soon I'll be leaving to go to work.
12:30pm: So I got home from work at around 11:30am and I heated up some leftover cod and broccoli from the other day and ate that. My cod portion was 3.4oz. I'm actually sitting in class right now, I totally forgot to update when I was at home.
I'm feeling kind of blah today, I woke up with a snuffy nose and a dry throat. I just hope I'm not getting sick! I guess I'm wearing a sweatshirt to training today despite this 80 degree weather..
5:30pm: I got home from training not too long ago. I was concerned I was going to have a rough day at training because of how I felt earlier. GUESS NOT!

7:45pm: YO! I just finished making dinner. Tonight I just grilled up some chicken with garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, oregano, cumin, and chili powder. I've avoiding all contact with turmeric until I get some small lunch bags, once it gets on your hands you'll have yellow nails for 3 days. I also made some peppers and onions but I tried to change it up a tiny bit from how I usually cook it. So I usually grill my chicken on my George Foreman grill. (Did you think I went out back and threw food on the grill every time I said I had grilled chicken?) After I finished cooking my chicken I had about 1/8 of a cup of chicken grease in the grease collector (THAT I CLEAN!) and I used about half of that to cook my peppers and onions.
I didn't even need to add seasoning.
Anyways, I served it with a 1/4 slice of avocado. It's good, I wonder why I haven't eaten peppers and onions in awhile..
I had 3.2oz of chicken with my food.
My stomach is pretty happy right now.
